The products at the online shop are available in accordance with the information displayed on the page. All the sold out sizes are marked as unavailable. We do our best to regularly stock all the products that have been sold out.

Please note that if a Missy collection product is unavailable in the expected size, it may be caused by the quantitative limit of the collection. If so, this product will not be manufactured and put on sale anymore.

A Madam collection product may be unavailable in time of increased quantity of orders (eg. a holiday season). A temporary lack of product of this collection will be supplemented without delay.

Both Madam and Missy collections are updated as frequently as possible in order to ensure that our clients are able to buy a product that is suitable for them and meets all their expectations.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service through the contact page.

Please inform us about your intention of cancelling your order as soon as possible, in order to avoid situations in which the product has already been packed and handed over to be sent.

While confirming your order, you need to pay special attention to the correctness of all entered data (delivery address, size, colour).

In case of entering wrong delivery address, Madam Missy company bears no consequences of that mistake – the order will be considered as delivered correctly if only the product has been sent to the address indicated in the order.
