Below are the most important rules for using the madammissy.com online shop:

The acceptable means of payment within the territory of Poland are:
1. Quick online transfer carried out by Przelewy24 (after choosing this means of payment, the client will be taken to the payment processor’s website when he/she will be able to choose his/her bank from the list of available banks and pay for the order)
The security of the transactions is ensured by the processor of a given payment. The Madam Missy company is not liable for the errors occurred during the payment.
Note: The madammissy.com online shop does not send by email nor communicates by a phone call the number of the bank account to which the money should be transferred. If the client receives such email or phone call, he/she needs to immediately inform about it the madammissy.com’s customer service and not proceed with the payment until the situation is clarified.
Information displayed on the madammissy.com online shop’s website does not constitute an offer of concluding a sale agreement under the provisions of Civil Code which means, among others, that the Madam Missy brand can refuse to conclude an agreement in duly justified cases, especially in order to protect its property.

WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT
The client has the right to withdraw from the sale agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason for his/her resignation.

In case of sending the form by email, we look on the date of sending the message. For the forms sent by post to the Madam Missy shop’s address, the binding date is the one of sending the product.
In case of withdrawal from the sale agreement, the madammissy.com shop refunds all received payments with the exception of the shipment cost of the purchased good, provided that the returned product does not have any traces of usage and all its labels, tapes and security tags have not been infringed. The shipment cost of the returned product is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded.
The reimbursement will be carried out by the same means of payment which was chosen by the client to purchase the product. It is possible for the client to choose another means of payment, however, it must be stated on the return form.
The madammissy.com shop reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned product if it is faulty, modified or bears traces of usage. The client cannot withdraw from the agreement if the product’s defect is not relevant.
V. CONSUMER RIGHTS
All products sold at the madammissy.com shop are new and without defects. In case of a defect, the Madam Missy company is liable for its occurrence.
In accordance with the existing legislation, the client can complaint about every product purchased at the madammissy.com shop, according to the existing provisions of the Civil Code regarding warranties, if within two years of the date of its purchase the product turns out to have a defect that determines its nonconformity with the agreement. The letter of complaint should be sent to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The client needs to indicate the reason of his/her complaining and all information necessary to identify the order. The client also needs to send the faulty product back to the following address: 21 Grunwaldzka street, 32-005 Niepołomice, Poland.
The delivery cost of the returned product is at the expense of the client. Products that have been used contrary to the recommendations on the label regarding their maintenance, are not subject to complaint.
The complaint is to be resolved within 14 days from the date of receiving the product back at the madammissy.com online shop. The client shall then receive a feedback with the decision regarding the complaint. In case of its rejection, the product will be sent back to the client together with the explanation of the reasons for its rejection. In case of its acceptance, the client shall receive a full refund of the cost of the purchased product, with the exception of the shipment cost.
ORDER RETURN AND CANCELLATION
Each product bought at the madammissy.com shop can be returned within 14 days (counted from the day of receiving of the parcel). The shipment cost of the returned product is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. After receiving from you the return package, we will send you an email confirming the realization of the return. The money paid for the product will be refunded by the same means of payment which was used in the purchase, within 10-14 days (depending on the bank).
Your order can be returned without giving any reason not later than 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The returned goods must be in the same state in which they were collected, without any traces of use; they must have all the labels and security tags. You cannot return products with traces of use, after washing or without security tags. Such products will be sent back to the client.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
The issues not regulated in this Terms & Conditions are governed by the Polish law, especially by the provisions of Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights. Changes to this Terms & Conditions will be introduced in a way consistent with the existing legislation and respecting consumer rights.
